The Villa has Gas central Heating. There is also a large dinning room; and a Spacious Naya that leads out to a large open patio & barbeque area, this over looks the Private Swimming Pool. Down and around the pool is ample room for plenty of sun loungers & plenty of space for more chairs and barbeque. This All surrounded by private garden with Fruit trees.

Underneath the Villa is where there is a Separate area called the under build where it contains the Washing Machine & Dryer, There is also a wash basin and a Shower. There is also a Chest Freezer & Storage area.

The villa also has a Large Newly Fully Fitted kitchen with Gas hob and extractor, Integral Dishwasher & Integral oven & grill & microwave & Integral Fridge & Freezer with all condiments supplied.

There is Spacious of road parking up to 4 vehicles.

The Villa also has a security Alarm installed.

All Bedrooms are on one floor; apart from the one at the top we call the Castle Room

It is not far to the local pharmacy, restaurant, Supermarket, playa (beach), go-karting, golf, diving, water skiing, horse riding, scuba diving, yachting, climbing, new tennis courts down the road and just a short walk to all these places and more!

The house also has 3 bikes if needed for use in the under build
